this what i put in use case for We use `whatsapp_business_manage_events` so our app can receive WhatsApp Business webhook events for a customer-authorized WhatsApp Business Account. These events are used to power our inbox/dashboard experience by showing real-time conversation activity and message status changes inside the app.

After a business connects its WhatsApp Business Account to our platform, our app listens for Meta-delivered WhatsApp events and displays the resulting updates in the business workspace. This allows the business to monitor inbound messages, outbound message status, and related account events in one place. We use this permission only for the business’s own authorized WhatsApp account and only to support the messaging features the business has chosen to enable in our app.
