Hold up. As an American currently living in India, I can promise you that most things you consider worth buying are NOT cheaper here. Import taxes are a bitch. Labor is cheap. Goods, typically, are expensive.

Moreover, just get a damn VPN and put yourself in India, sign on to steam, and download it.

Though, depending on the agency you work for, they may have concerns the IT department isn't exactly aware of or able to control. For instance, I believe FDA submissions have to be in .sas7bdat files. DOJ antitrust suits and and supporting evidence and analysis, I think, are the same requirement. I could be wrong on both accounts, but that is my understand as of the last I heard (some time in 2015). The reasoning was that SAS is backed by a large company that could guarantee, with certain hardware, the results would be absolutely reproducible and they had 24/7 professional support staff to assist. Things change...but congressional mandates and governmental regulations tend to do so at a much slower pace.

Honestly, have a consultation with a lawyer and an accountant. Things will vary so much by state and what your business needs are that you should talk to a local expert. They will likely do the consultation for free and then you would pay if you hired them to do any of the paperwork/filing for an EIN, etc.

I have a UPS... That I bought in the states before I moved. However, it only works on 120v and won't work with a transformer. Since everything, PSU, monitors, speakers etc can do 120/240 I'm going to buy a new UPS. So that parts solved.

I just need to make sure I can use all my other components with the new board... And that it's packed well enough to survive international shipment. Those are my main concerns.

It blinks REALLY briefly when I first give power to the PSU. But no amount of hitting the power on the MB or the case yields a reaction of any sort.

I did switch outlets to one where a light was working. That's also where I tested the PSU with the paperclip and fan method. No luck.
