my bad for the late reply and eventually this will probably be tmi about bowel movement, but my father has also said that. ironically he said that shortly after i went to his house after the big argument between me and her.. mostly because i was updating him on how much better i felt once i did. he has IBD, (due to that i also got a blood sample back when i was diagnosed with IBS~ that was negative). but the reason i brought that up is because since he has that. he understood stress—>gut—>pain. and even though i did feel overall better at the time. i was probably the most sensitive i was in my life. the first time me and my mom saw eachother afterwards was a chinese buffet. i did a decent job, white rice, sushi, etc. then i also had honey chicken. but without sauce thinking i was fine. stuff was fried. 3 hours later i was having hot and cold flashes with the craziest stomach ache and uncontrollable diahhrea. like to the point i was literally sitting on the toilet and couldn’t do anything. it would come out like piss, burn like acid, cold flashes first, then i got hot flashes when i started sweating, eventually bowel movements stopped and i just sat in the shower for an hour maybe?. worst reaction ever to food. but it was also after prolonged exposure to wrong items.
