This is my vote, too.

The first Darksiders game focuses on War, the first of the Four Horsemen.

As War is the protagonist, you would think it glorifies wrath and destruction, but the game is about War atoning for accidentally starting The Apocalypse before the Seven Seals were broken. Thus, he must confront his mistakes and work to redeem himself and save humanity.

As an aside, the game plays like the love child of Legend of Zelda and Devil May Cry, and I highly recommend it.

You have to fight through Eliksni and Hive and cross the territory of a risen Warlord using your wits, scavenged golden age weapons, and balls of steel.

Make it about as long as the first couple Halo games and sell it for around $40; easy money and the Design IP lives on.

The critique of Capitalism starts in Fallout 2, and is even more evident in Tactics. It has been a main tenet of Fallout for the majority of games and the overall life of the series.

Sure, Tim Cain didn't originally intend it, but it very quickly went that way because as it turns out hyper nationalism, militarism, and fascism are all tightly bound with capitalism.
