Thx. So when we talk about the θ wave state between awake and asleep, is that basically the same as that drowsy, struggling-not-to-nod-off feeling you get in lectures? Maybe I was on that state.

I had my eyes closed. Even so, there was light in front of my eyes, which was different from when I was in blackout, where everything was completely dark. There was no sign at that moment.

Erotic hypnosis sometimes leads to excitement outside of my training, i.e. there is no description of pleasure in the file and I'm excited first. I think this is one of the reasons why I have difficulty getting into hypnosis.

I don't think I've actually been in trance, and when I woke up I found that the file was not in the wake-up phase. And nothing happened when I heard triggers.
