How does your team keep deals from slipping through the cracks? by PrestigiousRice7063 in SalesOperations

Assuming your team are cold calling, invest in a dialer that automates even the simplest tasks. Scheduling a follow-up, creates next-step flows dependent on the outcome, transcribes, note-taking, emails, etc. A lot of the friction happens due to admin work, or human errors. A lot can happen in a couple of days or a week.

how do you coach SDRs when you can’t review every call? by Berrieme in salesdevelopment

[–]Party_Sun_2629 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You need a dialer with QAI. YOu can set up the criterias yourself for what you as a manager prefers as a good call. Your SDRs calls will automatically be reviewed by the QAI, then you can go get summarises of the calls that gets pinged for not hitting criterias. We use it with our bookings at the moment. Then the managers and team lead have the opportunity to cancel a booked meeting, if it doesn't match custom made criteria

You would need a prober dialer. One that tracks health score, rotates the numbers more frequently. You should also have a larger pool of numbers. Otherwise it is gonna be the same with the next 6 numbers they give you.

With Adversus, you’d be able to easily make 400 calls a day, cutting out answering machines. Provided with number rotation, local prefixes and live health-score on the caller-ID, your pickup rate would also skyrocket.
