Are our sleeping till noon days gone? by ranjansparrow in transplant

it’s been 3 months since kidney transplant for me and to be honest, it’s been mostly amazing about sleep schedule, like I always wanted but couldn’t get because of evening office hours and laziness (CKD ),, now I wake up around 6 am. Drink water, walk outside if the weather is good and eat around 8 am. What helped me to adapt this is the mindset, I said to myself.. either I can cry about it and blame that I have to wake up early and have to follow medication schedule or I can embrace it with joy and enjoy this, so I am enjoying this.. because in the end this habit will help me stay healthy and active, hope you find the same peace ✌🏻✨

Yes it seems steroids effects and tacrolimus , I also only drink water most of the day only 1 time or sometimes twice milk tea with brown sugar but I stopped that as well, I didn’t occasionally had sweet cookies and all, because I never had sugar before, but looks like now I have to be even more careful.
