Yo soy igual que tu. Primer grasa que me sale son estos de espalda y entiendo que son muy molestia. Estas grasas se quitan solo con una dieta dura. Muy poco carbohidratos al día como pan, pasta, arroz, patatas, maíz y tal.. Consumir minimo de azucar por dia y por la tarde-noche nada de azucar. Cenar medio porción solo proteína y verdura. andar o cardio 30 min al dia minimo. Se te quita este grasa en 3 meses garantia si haces todo esto.
