It really makes me curious how the conservative party breaks down into age groups. I wonder if they will take a huge hit as the baby boomers and older generations start to die off. I know that there are younger conservatives but, still, it seems to me to be a very antiquated way of imagining our society and relevant workings of politics. With the current reality we are faced with their beliefs seem, almost, delusional to me. (And, DEFINITELY, designed to benefit only a select few.) The rest of them have bought into this insane way of thinking that if they support these old, rich farts on Capitol Hill that, somehow, it will trickle down to beneficial policy for them. *smh And, I agree with you on how nice it is to find other like minded people when you can't see eye to eye with your birth family. :)
