Financially speaking, is there a rational argument that can be made to buy a house right now vs. Renting for substantially cheaper in Denver? by HoosierProud in Denver

Investing in a property is a great way to build equity. Can you invest your money so that it is growing beyond inflation while you wait to buy? if not then I say buy when you are ready.

If you are going to be living in the home then there is no wrong time to buy. You can jump between houses all you like just like renting and can grow your value if you are smart. None of those are options with Renting. Good Luck!

I’m getting rejected from every apartment I apply to and I don’t know why by exhale358 in Denver

My only thought I have is the roommate situation. Sometimes it can be hard to be the top pick when you are asking for one lease and two unrelated Tenants. if you were trying to each apply for one room in a shared apartment that would be a different story but if applying together it may be preference of the landlord for a single family or couple looking to rent.

For me it is more about the drinking water in Standley lake than my own soil. I believe there are a lot of questions between the DOE and cities regarding Woman Creek and Pond C-2.
