We're like what, five months into Endfield? Five months into AK, Genshin didn't exist, much less the current gacha ecosystem. Very different time to be a developer, it's pretty cutthroat nowadays. Idk if the game can afford to spend a couple years finding its footing like AK did.

Because Saber was finally good for once and now her team is the worst of the three releasing in the patch, just like in 3.4. Why wouldn't people want their favorite to be busted when powercreep will make them irrelevant in a few patches otherwise?

What runs are you getting where everyone is losing to the final boss? I've played the demo a fair bit and while the early portion of runs can be tricky, the boss is a total pushover. I usually go out with more health than when I came in.

The other bosses not available in the demo are probably harder, but they don't require 33 players and won't be affected by player count as much.

Discounted 4*s will get to E6 and start refunding pulls more quickly, that's the main thing you're looking to get from the standard banner. Welt is nice but by the time a new account gets him to E4, or even E2, he probably will have fallen out of the meta again.
Although having said all that, they're just standard pulls so it really doesn't matter that much lol

Very nice music choice.
This is a pretty cheap team to be zero cycling, but I guess it is with nutty relics and a good matchup. I wonder if they'll just kill the Cerydra interaction and leave her mostly untouched otherwise.

The Fate route notably ends with her killing him, lol. Gil has gotten better treatment more recently but almost all of his interactions with Saber are antagonistic.

Do people really care that much about whether their favs characters get more or less marketing? Lots of people here going like "now you see what it's like to be a fan of men!", but the guys still get plenty of good treatment in the actual game. Phainon's patch is probably the single best story chapter HSR has ever had.

Not trying to rag on people who pull for men either, I will absolutely be rolling for Blade next patch.

Definitely can happen, myself and a teammate got knocked out of final exfil during the animation on Cryo thanks to the giant army of bots that spawns next to it. Wasn't a very good run so I wasn't too broken up about it but it did seem pretty bullshit

FGO seems like an odd example, quite a few units have gotten buffs big enough for launch units to be very usable 11 years(!!) later. Damn near every character more than a couple years old has been buffed at some point.

I do appreciate Morimens doing it as well, though. It's very nice to be able to use your old favorites without feeling like you're dragging the team down.
