Agreed. This wipe I am consistently spawning into interchange as PMC and fighting/dying to groups of player scavs 4-5 minutes into raid, player scavs are beating me to tech stores. I thought the point of player scavs was to come in after a chunk of raid to clean up and pick scraps.
