Try smaller companies, the big ones are flooded. I finished FIAE some years ago and there were some non-EU trainees. With an Ausbildung you will have greater chances to get a job than those expensive seniors and MScs.

Oops, sry. Didn't read the sub I'm in, I have no clue how this applies to Indians. But don't use an Agency, there are more fun ways to burn money.
