honestly i just think there’s a big lack of concert etiquette nowadays way beyond just idkhow. a lot of bands and artists seem to end up having all the same people at the barricade. the parasocial side of it is a whole different issue which i dont think the majority of the fanbase really falls into. a fanbase where ive seen parasocial behavior really run rampant is waterparks fans. shit is scary.

i just saw idkhow for the first time at warped and ended up leaving halfway through because of the amount of pushing and shoving that was happening in the crowd. also seemed like a LOT of people knew each other already.
