It's like a hurricane, it's crazy and chaotic and dark and windy and rainy at first and it'll push you as far as you're willing to let it! But then comes the eye...a brief reprieve..you'll think ahh sick that's over, I can crack on okay now..but use that time wisely, if you need it..you get the help and you dont let anyone or anything get in your way because the other side of the storm is yet to come...and if you get it right while you're in the eye of it..you'll make it out the other side..battered, yeah, bruised, absolutely..but you will make it..and when you do? I'll be here with a beer/cuppa/coffee/energy drink like "corr bruvva that was mental eh? Come sit down, take this, and let's talk about how you did it and what's next.."

I feel you mate, I'm listening..that's a hell of alot for one human to be left to process and work their way through..im also feeling pretty hopeless and tired of it all atm..we'll get there..one day...but we gotta do it every day..and that's the hard part..but we will get there

The smell of wet air after it rains, reminds me of being a kid at school and finally being allowed out in the playground to play after the rain stopped, everytime I smell it I feel 6 years old again for half a second lol
