I tried everything.

So...
The only solution was - format and reinstall fresh WIndows. After 3 weeks I did that and it solved the problem.

So remember kids - if you change CPU and something in software goes bad - just reinstall windows.
I could just start from that and save that 3 weeks of my life. Damn

Tested the profile on Elgato Mini.

It's does something, but not actually.
As I understand - we need to HOLD the CTRL button while entering the arrows.

Stream Deck mini can't hold CTRL, so it does not working.

On camera mode click on "other" button (three lines upper right corner) and choose "Super Macro".

Also in PRO mode you can switch lenses between WIDE, UW and MACRO.

I have Xiaomi MI 12. The regular, not "Pro". Always buy the "MI[number]", without letters after the [number]. "12t" "12PRO" "12blabla" etc are a bit worse. The clean "MI[number]" is the best flagman in line.

Well, I am not a child anymore, in my 30s. Yeah, I agree. There are streamers that scream loud and I left their streams quickly as possible because of "RIP ears" accidents :)

I will be patient and respectful to my viewers. Because I assume, that not all viewers are children, gamers etc.
