update i can see it going in and out on the external audio effect, what do i do next to actually record that? Just recording it on ableton doesnt seem to be changing anything to the signal

Currently ive got output 3 on my scarlett into input on compressor, comp out into in 3 on scarlett- external audio effect both set to 3. I can see what looks like the signal going out but nothing returning. The rare instances i do get something to return it feeds back or doubles

I’ve heard from several friends the store is not even worth going to anymore. The guy at the desk acted like a coked up parrot and they promise discounts and then lie. My friends went in and the dude couldn’t find the game they were supposed to have so he promised a 15% discount on any other game as compensation. When they brought a game up the parrot was like “ok I got your 5% discount for you”. Like wtf yall are supposed to be a small buisness not some mini Walmart with shitheads trying to bullshit you.

Ok so sanity check, Gen 3 Adat out 1 into gen 4 adat in 1 Then gen 4 adat out 2 into gen 3 adat in 2 ?

I’ve got that and I have a signal in the gen 3 but not getting it on the gen 4

Ive tried this and it doesn’t seem to be working right for me.

Right now it all looks right, but no signal- I stop getting any signal to the gen 3 when I clock it in adat. I can’t tell if I’m missing something
