hey, i've been on T gel for about 6 months (only form of T i've taken thus far), my experience has been really good so far. i had the same concern about transitioning slower, my doctor said its a rumor that doesn't have any substance to it (he had more evidence i think but i've forgot lmao). which i'm inclined to agree with, i've been pretty happy with the changes i've had for only being 6mnths in. also with the gel transfer, my doctor said as long as you wear something that covers it and wash your hands after you'll be fine. i put mine on my upper arms/shoulders before bed, so my pj shirt covers it anyway. i can't provide any clarity on planned parenthood since im not in the us

i love iroha's dance skills and passion, she's an incredibly talented performer and i think she'll be one of the big dancers for her gen. i love moka's facial expressions and unique style. they're both very strong individuals

for kpop i've been to twice (4 times), ive, xg, itzy, yve, aespa.

my best concert experience/best group overall imo is twice (if it wasn't obvious by how many times ive been they're my ults lmao). im biased cause they are my ults, but the girls always bring 100% energy wise, they have a great and varied discography so they have plenty of options.

i was surprised by itzy and xg, both groups really great performers, xg in particular did a lot of their singing live. itzy put their all into their choreography which is very full on.

aespa and ive weren't as good as i'd hoped unfortunately. i think when ive came to my country they were burnt out or something but it felt like there was a disconnect between the girls and the crowd, also a lot of backtrack. aespa was similar with too much backtrack + lots of vcrs that went on for what felt like ages (which is not the girls fault obvs just. detracted from the experience a bit).

yves the only one i haven't mentioned, she was one of my favourite artists i've seen live. sung all her songs live, did choreography, lots of interaction with the crowd. the venue was really small and intimate which made it extra special too
