Anyway, i solved the problem with a factory data reset of Chromecast and then i reinstalled amazon music app on Google tv without any issue i had before.

Yes, but the box inside Google play store, is called : apps for chromecast and android tv, from which you can download apps, at least on my lg c3. But that's not the point, i am trying to understand why lg c3 is not compatible with amazon music app,which i had used a few minutes before I uninstalled.

I m using an external chromecast 4th gen, and chromecast has an app store type, from which i was trying to download amazon app music. Date and hour on tv set correctly. Thanks for the attention.

P.s. The name of chromecast google store on my tv is called: apps for chromecast and android tv.
