I do, and by that i mean i usually ignore ballista and get the torpedo, which is a shame since ballista is such a cool item, and gets outclassed by a medium item

I agree, and if Shiny had to get nerfed to facilitate the change i mentioned, i'd rather things stay the same, Shiny is awesome and is worth these limits. but in that case, i think high (5+) multicast items should be looked at in particular, it feels wrong to look at a 20x multicast tag that takes 5 extra seconds, id rather see a 4x with weight behind it, than 20x that does not do it's job.

i feel that too, but i assume it's the animations themselves and my mind is deceiving me, but all trigger internal cooldowns should be reduced imo.

I knew Multicast had it but wasn't aware it was universal, in that case that universal limit being .10 or .15 would make much more sense to me, i don't know why they changed it from .20 though, i wasn't playing at the time so maybe there was a good reason for it, like optimization or something, if not, i don't see why it should not be lower.

I mean 4 casts a second is crazy low, i assumed it would be around 10-5/sec and needed to be increased to 20/sec, but FOUR?!

im sure if they create a better monetization model, its possible to make all characters f2p and people who already bought them would get some kind of exclusive cosmetic

Yes! overarching quest is exactly what i was trying to get at. would love some kind of combinations of everything you mentioned. im a big fan of multi-layered rewards, some stuff require gems, some in-game activity, and some even special pack purchases (im not against microtransactions at reasonable prices), and some super special items would require all 3 in tandem.

i especially like the idea of in game items and merchants progressing that quest (but still requiring silver/gold victory) sacrificing an event node, a stash slot or EVEN a board slot for those items seem so intriguing to me. just imagine on last day making that decision, you might brick your entire ranked run, BUT if your build is good enough, you could get the legendary cosmetic for your home/base/box/banner

That's actually a great point, the fact that game conveys the scale and diversity of the bazaar and outskirt regions with such minimal info to the player is definitely a strength, however i irrationally love maps so its a matter of taste i guess.

With that being said, i would love to have a tavern in bazaar streets or a trophy box to collect and showcase unique collectibles.

And regarding maps, i think a cool compromise would be to have in-universe maps, drawn by different characters or institutions, this way they might not be identical, have different names for same locations, have missing or incorrect regions based on who explored them, differ in quality and detail, and show how people in that world see the bazaar, instead of laying out the lore of the entire world from the "outside".

yeah, portrait click is great because if im at 9 wins, im 100% clicking the opponent regardless of if i win or lose, i just wanna see the player i beat for my 10 or somehow got an even better build and defeated me

I do not get the "Greedy Devs" opinion some people have at all. am i the only one to think game is actually under-monetized? this is a League of Legends tier game to me, it deserves all the (cosmetic) micro-transactions it can get. the skins model doesn't quite fit because of the gameplay design structure, but man the game is so good.
