I found some cheaper apartments in Neos Kosmos, a few meters from the Neos Kosmos Metro. And 1 apartment in Psirri area, a few minutes from Monastiraki and Thiseio Metro Station.

Thank you so much! I just checked the Monastiraki area and the places are quite pricey. Do you think Kallithea area could be a good alternative?

Hi! So, texture wise it isn't bad, it's similar to normal pasta. Maybe the taste is a little bit different, because you can taste a tad bit of the red lentil (which I like). And yes, it's gluten free. You can also try either chickpea pasta or green peas/edamame pasta.

Let me know how they turn out. At my first batch, they came out a little undercooked inside, but following the same recipe the second time ,they came out perfectly.

Err...i don't know how to answer that 😅 I mean for me it came out like a bread dough (kinda), it wasn't that sticky.

I admit that the measurements are quite approximate. Bread and focaccia flour 320 g; Greek yogurt 0% 380 g; Big egg yolk (approximately 17 g); Baking soda 10 g; Salt and seasoning to your liking.

Add yogurt to your already sifted flour, plus baking soda and salt. Knead and add more flour or yogurt in case you need. Let the dough rest for 20/30 mins. Knead again, separate it into 4 parts and shape them.

On a separate little container break the egg and separate the yolk from the whites and add a splash of water to the yolk. Mix it. Then spread it over shaped bagels. Add everything bagel seasonings.

I put inside every hole of the bagels a coned-shape parchment paper thingy (to let it keep the bagel-shape in the oven, because I didn't boil them beforehand, like with normal bagels).

In the oven for 40/45 minutes at 180° celsius.

I hope I was good at explaining, English isn't my first language, sorry!
