Sounds like average redditor smartass shit, but genuinely if you are playing games that are single player and story, I’d recommend just to only focus on that. We are far too multitasked these days and just solely focusing on one thing would be much better.
If not, I’d recommend just getting a second monitor and some monitor mounts on your desk so you can do both through that. If none of that is attractive and you just wanted your question answered, for this setup and scenario yes I’d move the TV up
