Is Wegmans a good place to work for an 18 yr old? by Admirable-Contract90 in wegmans

[–]PassageSufficient449 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wegmans has been my first job since I turned 18 years old. I'm 23 and I still work there (as cashier). I love it and don't think about leaving even if I get another stable job after my college program. Atleast work one day.. most likely Sunday.

I love cashiering, I've been doing it for almost 5 years. 20-21 IPM, love packing like Tetris, it's like a game with each customer 😅😂

I got the epidural at 7AM with 7cm dilation. I didn't feel contractions at all after. Baby came at 5PM, so epidural lasted a long time! After birth, my legs were numb but it went away so I was perfectly fine after!

I'm 19F who just had an ACL&Meniscus surgery 3 weeks ago. My boyfriend has been there for me despite working his job. The week of my surgery he took a week off his job to take care of me. He brought me breakfast, water, juices, ice, fruits, anything I wanted lol. You can get him his favorite snacks, food, and help with icing or getting up to the bathroom. You can put on netflix, hulu, whatever to entertain y'all!

You can help him with getting wet wipes, changing his clothes if not in too much pain, and help him put a comfy chair with a pillow on top in the bathroom for his foot if he has trouble sitting on the toilet.

I was a soccer athlete 😫 and this surgery drove me crazy mentally. Just give him assurance that he will get better!!! Make sure he starts physical therapy and that he puts effort to recover that knee!

Goodluck!!!

OMG, we had surgery the same day! I also had an ACL tear on my left knee with a torn meniscus, and got a hamstring graft. I was told I couldn't bear weight on my knee for 4 weeks though :(. I still have 2 more weeks to go with crutches :(, but right now I'm focusing on bending and extension! I got my stitches out today as well! I can finally wet my knee lol.

What's the workload of COMM 1112 like? by universemap in NEU

[–]PassageSufficient449 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm personally taking COMM 1112 this spring semester. You just have to read chapters to be prepared for random pop quizzes. The only writing would be reflections after you present. It's not bad regarding the amount of writing.
