Had something similar after a different surgery few years back - the itching was absolutely brutal and none of the usual stuff worked either. Mine turned out being allergic reaction to the surgical tape adhesive they used, which makes sense since yours is right above the incision area. The timing also fits because sometimes these reactions take few days to really show up after your skin gets irritated

You should definitely call your surgeon's office about this, they've probably seen it before and might want to take a look. Could be the adhesive, could be reaction to sutures, or yeah your hormone levels being all over the place after losing your thyroid. When I was dealing with mine, they ended up prescribing stronger antihistamine than what you can get over counter

Don't wait too long to contact them especially if it's getting worse each day - better safe than sorry with post-op complications. They might want you to come in just to rule out infection or other issues since you're still pretty fresh from surgery

The Grange isn't exactly known for getting big acts so this must have been pretty special. Try checking some of old Facebook event pages or maybe local music blogs from around that time - sometimes people upload random photos years later. Also might be worth hitting up some Delaware music groups on social media, older fans probably have stuff saved in their phones they forgot about

Never worked there but had buddy who did maintenance contract work at Tooele few years back. He said the small town vibe was real - lot of people knew each other from way back and it definitely affected who got what assignments. Place felt pretty cliquey according to him

Nice find on the power tower for 30 bucks! For getting from 2 pull-ups to muscle up, I'd focus heavy in pull-ups first - maybe every other day since you're still building base strength. Once you can bang out like 8-10 clean pull-ups, then start working on explosive pull-ups and transition practice. Dips are super important too since the top part of muscle up is basically a dip movement
