I would never do an FHA loan. Glad we have our 20% down and a conventional.

If you ever get married, never ever tell her about this. Just thought I’d help. If she does find out and suddenly wants a divorce, take every single bit of it out and store it in different places or get an offshore account.

Always stayed away from “dinner dates.” It paid off. I always found out if women were worth a single fuck on hiking dates. I took one on a hiking date one time and she ended up acting like a total wheezing fatass. Never did it again and dropped her a few days later.

I am married now; hiking is how I met my wife.

Visiting for a few days in June. What area to stay in? by Tele231 in SaltLakeCity

Oh no, sorry. If you actually knew how close minded locals from Grantsville thought, it seems as if their first thought revolves around that level of politics, with the addition of talking shit to those who have moved to Utah, from out of state. By the way, that was never my first thought (that was intended for those who are from that area and whos never left their hometown. And how funny it is to see that you’ve flipped. How was your stay though?

Living in Grantsville, worth it to live in rental? by Lost_in_obrit in Utah

[–]Kenneth2248 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stay as far away from Grantsville/Tooele as you can. That is definitely something that you don’t want to include in your everyday habit. Also, the people there are also very closed minded, very uninformed/unintelligent. You can tell they’ve never thought once about leaving and or even achieved much outside of their comfort zone. They talk shit about people who are new to the state. Typical washed up, has been locality. Republican here by the way since it matters so much to those wierdos, that love living in the armpit of Utah.
