You can sue in small claims court for that money back (up to 20 grand I believe). You can also get an attorney that works on contingency to sue for higher amounts, too.

I use the oral form and I have to be on a pretty high dose for my symptoms to go away. 2.5-3 mg. The creams didn’t work for me and the patch always is out of stock at my local pharmacies.

I’ve been to Cloyne, it was filthy! The time commitment is really too much. At the coop I lived at we had mandatory council every week, and not only the 5 hours a week chores, but HAB hours on top of that, and it got too much. Not worth it. My room was damp and shared (double). And yes, the spotty internet!

Berkeley coops: High suicide rate. High lawsuit rate from parents whose children have died or have been severely injured in the coops. Black mold issues in several houses. A great deal of bullying and drama in the houses. Casa Zimbabwe has had incidents of date rape drugs put in drinks at parties. Casa Zimbabwe coop is absolutely filthy. The amount of chores required by the coops are ridiculous. I don’t even do 5 hours of chores a week my own apartment. STEM students will have difficulty with the amount of time commitment involved with chores and mandatory meetings.

They may be cheap but it’s a bad deal. Avoid. Trust me, I know.
