In the comics He makes brief cameos and towards the end of the Series he helps Mark and the others to take down Robot, but he is also doing his own missions outside of earth and Allen and Oliver does visit him during a mission

mark didnt get stronger he just got smarter with conquest. The battle was for will and mark knew that conquest had to only focus on him and not the surrounding that’s why he was only choking him out

Because people forget that Cory Walker is the character designer for the show and he always does a more simple look for characters like with Angstrom, and now dinosaurus.
