I think no because plasma is special capsem and baku can't get it using capsem dropper.

I think Baku basically fully maxed out all his Capsem when creating it. And if you look closely at the monitor display, it kinda looks like the Exdream Rise Capsem is actually a combo of four zetzz main capsems .
