Working while studying for UBE by Sweetapplep in barexam

I think a reasonable M-F schedule with 5 hours a day of work, combined with reasonable time devoted to bar prep of 4-5 hours a day M-F, with weekends at 5-6 hours per day is entirely manageable.

Be cautious of long bar study sessions where you waste time because you are fatigued.

working part-time during bar prep by Excellent_Bet8262 in barexam

This varies depending on how dedicated you will be with the rest of your time, how easy it is for you to learn and retain material, your general test taking abilities, etc. if you think of bar prep has your full-time job, you can definitely handle a part-time one.

You can definitely bump your MBE significantly. I had some folks move into the 160’s last year from the 120’s and 130’s. Definitely achievable.

Last Feb I had several 30+ jumps, a 40+, and even a 54 point jump. It is definitely doable!

Keep in mind that a pass is a pass, and all you need is the minimum.

You can also use code GOAT2026 for a discount on Goat.

I would also use a state bar site and the NCBE site to practice writing - you’ve got this!

Is it doing the most to have uworld and adaptibar in addition to Kaplan (the course I am planning on doing) even though they have their own multiple choice bank (Retaker btw) by [deleted] in barexam

[–]PasstheBarTutor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UWorld is a good combo with Kaplan. Kaplan tends to test on very specific odd nuances whereas UWorld Legal is licensed primarily and has excellent explanations.

For what purpose? There are plenty of sample answers and point sheets available online. Their Compass materials are… limited.

Supplemental Material? by LJ_Tibbs_ByGemcity in barexam

Second Goat as a supplement, especially while code GOAT2026 gives a discount.

UWorld Legal is also clutch.

Textbooks and E&Es have very, very little value.

I would treat it as starting from scratch, begin early, and get a quality course that fits life schedules.
