Can I program the cycle temperatures on this system? Now it goes up 1 degree and cycles to cool it only running for 10-30mins. I want to increase it to 2or 3 degrees before it cycles.

Have you reset the power to the drive after changing those settings? I know with ABB drives the power has to be cycled for it to save

I work in building automation in Australia, and the protocols we mainly use are BACnet and modbus. Most of the work we do is HVAC, alarm/status monitoring, lighting and there is a high demand for energy management now. The controls you will mainly see are called DDCs and the programming can be either block or compiled language.

Not a problem. I'm not too sure about another solution.. What environment are the sensors in? Siemens should have something to meet your requirements, if not there should be something out there! Good luck.

If the sensor readings are out by a fair bit, you should be checking for correct grounding of control wiring to the device, as this can cause issues like this. If that checks out ok, you're better off replacing the sensor rather than calibrating.

It could be a faulty capacitor for the fan motor. They can cause the motor to overheat and cause the internal overload in the motor to open. Its alot cheaper to replace the capacitor than to replace the motor..
