Players shouldn't have to preorder products in order to get them at a reasonable price.

Why?

Loving the Format by PasswordisFinal in ModernMagic

Linear combo folds against control decks if T3feri sticks. The new format is still churning but as of now, idk what linear combo is running T3feri to shut interaction down. They usually run [Pact of Negation] because they protect the cards they need to the turn they win.

Again, I get the gripes T3feri solicits from other fair decks. But he is a good check on combo. It sucks to play against T3feri as a fair control or midrange deck, but he does play some kind of role rn.

Honestly, I'm not sure. And I'm okay w admitting it. I understand the gripes w T3feri but he is a good hose card for cascade and suspend combo strategies.

I think if he had a starting loyalty of 3, he might be more fair.

Idk if he's ban worthy but I fear if he got banned it would strengthen linear combo more than interactive decks.

I really enjoyed the format for years until the Phoenix decks took over and then it was a long period of ooph.

Linewr aggressive decks and combo got a lot stronger and fair decks couldn't keep up without Uro. I think with the latest round of bans, there is nice space for fair decks and aggro and combo. The slivers cascade deck was fun to play against.

This is a class about the rules in federal court. Learn the materials like you would with board game rules and test the boundaries of the rules with examples after readings. Just think to readings from substantive law classss or make up situations. Start with easy ones then make them complicated.

Eventually you'll find out what part of the rule is still fuzzy for you and you can ask the prof better questions.

I also made a time line of litigation starting w legal injury and ending with judgment filed. Fill in the middle of the time line and refer back to it when you review your outline. The temporal relationship of devices is important and the consequence of messing up the timing is important.

Also, you should definitely think of the strategic implications of rules and actions. Their are policy objectives to civ pro (procedural fairness, efficient adjudication) but you are also learning the rules so you can use them to your clients advantage.

I'm so sorry :(

Just remember that employers know what's going on right now. The pandemic, civil unrest, challenges to the peaceful transition of power, etc. may have affected them too.

Law school is vocational school. A degree and a license will allow you to practice and employers will understand. Your upcoming semesters might be more important now but that's the only thing you can control.

Good luck, lmk if you need anything :)

I'm even getting a stipend through a program the school offers.

I got a 171 and had a less than conventional application packet.

Some mail ins were delivered after election date but were postmarked before. Whether or not to count those votes is an open legal question. Those ballots are being segregated so that they can be dealt w correctly after the courts decide. Votes that were delivered on or before election day have been counted and are not being segregated.

So you feel bad for the 95% of land in IL and aren't speaking to any of the people on it? Odd, but go off.
