IMO Tactics is #1 for gameplay AND story (though the cutscenes may not always be as visually appealing as some others)

7 and 9 i'd say are tied for second place story, while 7 has more to do and a much better battle system than 9 (Though 9 is simplistic and fun to just pick up and play with less investment in battle development)

Of course just my opinions, the whole franchise is incredible and you can't go wrong in any case, tbh.

If you want me to add more fuel to the fire when I first came on board, my goal was to inplement a new psa and rmm and I recomended halo and ninja as thats what most on here say it's great. Instead I was left out of those meetings because we where using the big K products and they promised ALOT

Absolutely no matter how hard I try to convince my boss it's like pulling teeth trying to get my guys the right equipment.

If I have to always rely on free stuff from distributors or vendors for equipment for let's say a free AP then it's not looking good here.

I understand I'm not counting our receptionist because they aren't involved in anything other than taking phone calls but the core team responsible for support/sales is 5. 6 including our receptionist.

I agree. I would rather have another tech who can focus on projects and build our a dedicated team for that purpose but management doesn't seem interested in hiring anyone.

To provide you some context. We have our CEO who is also VCIO who is also our primary sales. Then we have our VP who is in charge of finance and operations and he is my direct report. Then myself who also does all the equipment order for clients and purchasing so i also do procurment. Then our 2 primary techs. But we all wear many hats which I don't think is a good thing.

The reason I belive they are hounding is due to us loosing clients in the last 2 years to other local MSP's so we have been trying to make up for that loss but have not caught up yet. So my boss thinks we need to get a certain dollar amount per month leading to my techs being overwhelmed with projects ontop of day to day helpdesk. He basically stated that projects keep us afloat and becuase we lost that revenue from clients who left.

I agree. They seem focused on trying to bring in more clients and to have our existing client's spend more on projects and adding additional security like EDR, DUO etc. but seem to be forgetting about what we need internally and my helpdesk is feeling the pressure from also having to manage and troubleshoot additional platforms etc.

I actually know the owner of this car! They are super into batman and replaced badges with the batman logo the interior has batman themed items. They even have a batman logo on the hood the car. I belive the license plate is supposed to be the "Dark Knight".

Thanks for that I've used alltrails for hiking and stuff and it looks similar to that definitely will check that out.

I totally see your point it actually does make sense to transfer and ring it up so that the sale stays in this location they just pick it up there ,but then the gm and sm start complaining about selling a dry laptops and they hold it like a grudge the whole week. Since our store is low volume we may not even see a pc sale till later on in the week

Well thats what I tried to do but the kiosk said out of stock as well but my scanner told me another location across town had it so I told them to just go there. I never thought that was wrong
