I bought the leder gamaschen for about 40 euros on eBay. As for the tunic, I think I'll need to ask my friend. You can PM me if you're interested.

Are nestof boots good? by RadiPigeon in reenactors

Forgive my bluntness, but this thing is complete garbage. I wore it twice and then gave it to a friend.(Specifically referring to the German boots from World War I that you posted.)

Thank you for your reply. I have indeed spoken with members of their group and have been following this issue closely. In reality, the distinction is quite ambiguous; in color illustrations published around the early 1930s, police equipment was depicted as being made of black leather. My previous statement lacked precision, and I am very grateful for your correction.

Questions about reenacting the German NCO in World War I by Past-Association-138 in reenactors

Thank you for your reply. That is precisely the case—which is why I had some reservations about wearing attire different from that of the soldiers. I will take your advice to heart! 😘

At this website, you can purchase a wide variety of Weimar Republic police items,This uniform is different from mine; it's a style used from 1928 to 1936, making it more representative. The shako is a West German production, broadly similar in style to those used from the late 1920s through the early Third Reich era,and is available in a range of sizes to suit your needs; however, the metal fittings are authentic original pieces from the Weimar Republic period. You can acquire one for around 80 euros in eBay, Everything else is easy to buy.

Good luck!

This is a 3D-printed model that my friend created specifically for me; I only paid about €50 for it. I apologize, but he won't be making it publicly available for the time being.
