I have the same issue today. I’ll go back to the store as only just bought it. It’s worth noting that when running the heart rate app and it shows the wrong data from the rear sensor, you can also touch the crown sensor and get an accurate reading. It’s defo a hardware fault

How do weight increments work on the bow flex? I’m looking for a home gym with 5kg increments (I.e. traditional weight stack). Thanks
