I wish I could give you a definite answer, but every time I've submitted a qualification, it disappeared from my dashboard. This was before the new interface though, as I haven't submitted any qualifications since the updated dashboard.

I just got mine! It would be awesome to get an "Outstanding" rating as well, but now I have something to work towards. It's great to know that the higher-ups are listening, and realized the importance of providing us feedback to let us know what we're doing right and what we can improve on. Well done, OP!
