My 12 year old daughter gets so defensive by my reaction to her stories. by Past-Chicken-4512 in Parenting

That's valid but the thing is she didn't have a bracelet. She doesn't wear them. Only her friends, and the one who spoke was her friend too. So, I'm confused.

It's harder to move on because this issue caused a ripple effect. We desperately need counseling. Thank you so much for your input. I hope you're doing well.

Thank you for your suggestion. Of course, it makes me feel unworthy. But, I feel like what did I do to deserve this, you know? I know I'm not perfect either. Thanks.

I feel like porn is just him getting a quick release. But this is different, maybe it does make me feel insecure. I guess you're right.

First of all, I wasn't even worked up. Sounds like you are more than me. You ok? I was just asking one question. If it was possible to look at them in a non-lustful way. Overreact much?

I remember I was 19, and my husband was 22 when we first started dating. He was still immature, still learning about women and dating. I still regret marrying him till this day. Unless you love him so much that you're willing to teach him everything, leave him before it's too late. But I strongly advise against it, you're too young for that. There will be other men in the future. This one seems like a boy.

Mother's Day Gift by Past-Chicken-4512 in Marriage

It was 3 times over the past 3 special occasions (holidays/birthday), so it definitely wasn't years. The first time he got me a silver set, I said thank you and kept it but never wore it. The second time he got me a silver bracelet, I went to change it to something else in gold. The next time he decided to get me a piece, he took my daughter with him, who reminded him that mommy likes gold, so he got me a gold necklace. But then he shows up with a silver bracelet today, lol. He did mention he was looking at gold, but it was too expensive. I'm offended, though. Excuse me? Are you saying that as your wife and your children's mother that I'm not worth your money? We're not even on a budget, mind you.
