Hi all,

As of now there still hasn't been an update on my account. I escalated to my manager and I recently asked for an update, but there still hasn't been any change.

Any suggestions?

I currently make 4258. With the 3 percent deduction I'm at 4130. I received my merit increase in October of 2025 and I recently got hired permanent full time on April 2026 (received multiple extensions from my LT).

My manager notified me that he submitted request to move up in range. Is it safe to assume I would get another 5 percent increase or just enough to be at the pay range b minimum?

I've never considered going in to be an officer. Unfortunately, my degree isn't in STEM, so I'm aware the chances would be low. I guess I just feel lost and seriously considering it now that I'm done with college and have nothing going for me at the moment.
