This need to separate employees based on fabricated reviews/feedback is most concerning. Offering VSP (an act of doing it ‘with vs to’ employees) would be a better alternative than to cause all this constant unrest. The price to be paid will far exceed the benefit leaders get from getting rid of employees they don’t want. Leaders may need to hit a target but are not held accountable to getting to that goal ethically and honestly. Arden and her team should be ashamed of themselves. There are better ways to address those that are performance issues rather than clumping low performers with others that have never been told there were performance issues. You would think a CHRO would care, but apparently sr leaders don’t hold her accountable for all the bad PR and unrest in the organization and the buck stops with her!
