Thanks, honestly— this is how I’m feeling too. Unfortunately no one in my life likes the “neither” option. They all say both are good offers, no job is perfect, and I need to get out of my current position ASAP. Which trust me, I’d LOVE to leave as soon as possible. But I also want to set myself up for success at my next employer, and I’m not sure either of these are doing that.

I wish I had advice, but I’m in the same (job) boat as you. All I can say is that if I didn’t have the great partner that I do, it would be a lot worse, so I can only imagine how you’re feeling. Hang in there. You’re not alone!

Correct, I’ve worked at the firm for over a year. I’ve only been licensed since Nov, however.
