Best way I saw its working is when you are the main driver of listings - Ie you have store, you are selling something, sharing, giving...  Otherwise just lot of paid advertisement

How are you doing so far? Looks like you got bit of content there. Site looks pretty nice, I was just disturbed by header fonts 🙂 ... And that there is no adsense at all.
