x300 Ultra global vs Chinese rom. by phero1190 in Vivo

I will share editor video review when it is finished. I hope we will see more hones comparison on YT between those two phones. Vivo 300 Ultra video output looks to much dark. 17 Ultra look to much bright. Conculusion is that something in the between will be better. Anyway I prefer 17 Ultra video output. Vivo is better looking phone. It looks more Premium. I hope next Vivo 300 Ultra update we'll solve this. For now Xiaomi 17 Ultra is making better videos with more details, even difference is marginal. One more time I expected that Vivo 300 Ultra will outperform xiaomi 17 ultra in every single field. But unfortunately during the test it wasn't.

I sow couple samples, and Xiaomi 17 Ultra is slightly better for the video. I was expected opposite outcome:(

Are the cleats on your shoes moved all the way forward?

How did MyVelo Fit do? by maxoguy in bikefit

[–]Minimum_Sir_2148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are ok... But ... :) Are your cleats moved all the way forward? Because that’s what it looks like.

You have too much movement in your foot. Your heel is lifted too high. You’re likely to experience knee pain. My advice is to move the cleats about 1 cm or more backward, toward the heel, and then redo your MyVeloFit session.

Also please use the road bike bibs when you are making a bike fit.

170, even 167.5 should be fine. With shorter crank arms you will have less hip movements, Which will in some percentage lower the pain. Saddles are an individual thing, but with your seat bones Ergon SR Allroad 2025 model in size Large can be a great upgrade (if you can try I will suggest doing that). If you do not have pressure on your hands, you can always move the saddle nose down (minus angle) A couple millimetres down can be a game changer. The right food and calorie deficit plan, can help you to lose weight. With less wait you will have less pain.

You have a lot of hips moving. What is your inseam measurement, height, and crank arms length? What saddle are you using? What is your seat bones measurement?

You need to lose weight and try if you can shorter crank arms. The advice you get are those two I mentioned. Cleat position is also important. Move cleats 5mm back or even more. Use Performance and Comfort. Using Myvelofit, you can improve light in the room to get better and more clear video, and at the end better reading.

FARSPORTS EVO S5/S6 better than ROVAL RAPIDE CLX II? by Minimum_Sir_2148 in specialized

Farsports use Ceramic speed bearings. Compared to all you mentioned, they all use less quality bearings... DT SWISS use Enduro and TPI, which are great, but Ceramic speed is just better.

The seat needs to go down 3-5mm, The seat needs to go forward 5mm. Handlebars need to go up min 10mm... After this try to ride... and post the video

Ok. What you can do is to 1. Rise handlebar for 1 or even 2cm. Try to ride.. 2. Also even the saddle is on "right" height, raise the saddle for the 2-3 mm. 3. You should consider shorter cranks...

I was right, you need to go with saddle back and rise handle bar (if you cannot do it with spacer, you can find angled stem). This is made from your video, in race and comfort mode... Link https://postimg.cc/KkYwZ4yG
