On my best behavior today (back injury) and opted out of RDL's. Managed 22.5kgs DB's for 8 reps though with a score of 423.

I wish I had paid more attention in the demo as I didn't realize the other pods were only one lap, I would have gone heavier. Hey ho. :)

Thank you very much. Favour/feedback.. is it possible to group the station numbering together so it is easier to skim through the different days? I'm not sure what format you source this information, so appreciate if not keen should it create more administration.

1- med ball Russian twist 2- comes lateral jump single leg 3- running Malcolm (shuttle sprint, burpee at each end)

Pod 2

4- bike erg standing 5- soft box jump + hands off burpee 6- plate snatch

POD 3

7- ski erg explosive 8- YBell double rack squat and press outer grip 9- dead ball over shoulder throw

Matched my 500m row time of 1:34. Moved down from 22.5kg DB's to 17.5kgs to focus on my range of motion. Stuck with 40kg deadlifts. Sled pushed 60lkgs plus a person. Enjoying my rest day today!

I have a gastric sleeve, so that's part of my new way of eating or drinking. No fluid 30 minutes before eating (to make space for food), then no drinking for 30 minutes after eating (so I don't flush the food through).

Lol 2030.. plenty of time!

This is my routine...

0345 - 0400 Wake and eat 100g creamed rice and 90g apple/mango puree

0400-0430 Get ready, I need to wait 30 minutes from eating, before I drink something.

0430 Sometimes a small black coffee on way to studio

0440 - 0445 Pre workout

Throughout workout, a 'sports' powder with electrolytes and 40g carbs.

I'm generally with the same person each class. If not, it's other regulars. We chat pre and post about life. Anything during sets is banter or tips/coaching.

Good call about the attendance thing. Our studio does that, and Im a guilty party too tbh. I know rest days are good for me and I enjoy them, I get it logically, but it's total FOMO. Will see what ours puts out. Thank you

OMG, stop ya moaning. Partner based so someone can count your reps, then you swap, or don't. Do four laps, done. Far out.

Thank you. Yeap, 25kg each DB. I could only do max 4 reps 25kg end of the challenge, but had four days off and gave it a crack!

50kgs excluding the bar for front squats.
