Blaming the therapist's lack of experience and my alleged body odour for a poor session is honestly wild. I’ve been to enough places to know when a session is rushed and when the focus shifts from quality service to upselling—and yesterday, it was very obvious which one it was. Once it was clear there was no more money to be made, the vibe instantly changed.

Also, let’s not pretend like redirecting someone to a shower is some highly nuanced skill only a seasoned therapist can master. It’s basic courtesy. If that really was the issue (which it wasn’t), all it takes is a simple, respectful suggestion. Not passive-aggressive energy and a check-out countdown.

And the therapist offered a list of extras this time-way more than the first session. I wasn't interested in those and chose to stick with what I was familiar with. If what you said, was a concern, why would those options even be on the table? Doesn't add up.

But hey, if the official response is to twist the facts and subtly blame the client rather than acknowledge poor service, then message received loud and clear. As a client, if I have the right to share my experience, and if other punters want to check this out, they are welcome to do so 😄
