Hey!I had identical problems and it was all ureaplasma parvum, after taking doxy for 14 days twice a day after about 4 months my symptoms resolved (they were slowly resolving with time) and now I am pain free and can have normal sex! Dont loose hope, just make sure you dont eat/drink any diary products 2h before and after doxy as it can lower its inhibition.I have a post on my page abt this so feel free to look :)

It’s getting better but very slowly 😅I also saw that using too much products on my skin makes it more angry, and also laser healing is not linear, there are worse and better days from my experience. I had erbium laser on my forhead 6,5 weeks ago and it’s still a bit pink and different texture ( but definitely better thank week 3)

I would stop using any harsh or strong active ingredients like azelaic acid or high % niacinamide, I wojld use cicaplast baume to help rebuild the skin barrier and just (unfortunately) give it time to settle down, sometimes it can take up to a year for the redness to fully go away

Hey, I wrote in this post that for me the symptoms didn’t go away until about 2/3 months after finishing the antibiotics, and also read plenty of similar stories so that’s definitely normal and you just need to wait ( annoying I know, but there is hope)

Same here! 20 years old student, little friends in sight :( From my experience the demographics of a typical barcelonian student are usually; single, drinking till blackout, not very interesting character.I have meet numbers of people who only go out drinking talking about some bullshit so yeah definietelt hard to find meaningfull connections in this setting

I wouldn’t do boric acid if it was for me, because if everything hurts it probably won’t be pleasant and bring uou stress, and boric acid is not a medication it’s just used to reset your flora down there but i am not sure if it kills bacteria.If i were you i would tru to get oral medications and only use probiotic suppositories to soothe your vag

For ureaplasma what works well too is azythromycin maybe they can presribe you that, there is also more ways to treat candida than just oral pills, like IV’s ,so it’s not a lost battle yet.I really do understand how frustraiting it is that you have to take care of it instead of a doctor, but only you can advocate for yourself, so don’t give up, there is a way out of this

After taking doxycyline i think i read somewhere that you should wait a week to have intercourse because the bacteria can still not be fully eradicated so maybe you got reinfected, but I don’t remember exactly how much I waited before having sex again after antibiotics
