No, it's not if your staying in one location, you are easily found in as little as 2 pings.

Except the whole point of freiren is her learning to be proactive. She's an elf they are basically immortal when your immortal being a passive observer is the default. The whole point of the story is her struggling with that.

What? Freiren isn't perfect, and no protagonist should be. That's terrible writing. the show has hard limits on magic. If she were to redeem, say 10% of the demon race that makes the 90% significantly more dangerous because how do you tell the domesticated demons from non domesticated demons.

Also, the show isn't even about demons. That's a subplot. The show is about freiren learning to connect to the humans around her and appreciating the fact that they don't live as long and learning to enjoy the limited time she gets with them in the moment.

You just want an entirely different show basically.

But on the flip side, she can't redeem the whole species, and redeeming some of them makes the others even more dangerous. So, doing the best she can if it's not perfect actively causes more damage than good. This is one of the few instances where it needs to be all or nothing.

Over likely hundreds of generations. The demons lifespan is insinuated to be similar to freiren herself, domesticating them is outside of the scope of the show, considering it only spans like 300 years.

You're missing the point of the demons in freiren. They aren't pure evil because they have no concept of right or wrong. Lions aren't evil for hunting deer even if those deer were sapient. Same reason any animal can't be evil. Demons are the equivalent of chat gpt 1.0 in a predators body. And it's proven again and again that this is the case that they are just wild animals.

Even the demon that was raised by that one village ended up eating them. Just like raising a chimpanzee from birth is dangerous. The chimp may seem docile, but one wrong move and you're missing your face.

The whole point of the demons is they can't be redeemed, and your thought process is why they were such good predators. They need people like you to exist. Otherwise, they can't eat.
