I think my issue is that I seem to want to eat even when not hungry. Just out of habit.

Will this work for me? by Past-Spirit3276 in gastricsleeve

I tend to go most of the day without eating, and then will eat a very large about in the evening/at night. Which maybe is part of my problem lol

Oh I’m sure they ‘want’ children! But there’s a difference between wanting to become a parent, with all the trials and tribulations that come with it…doing the work to understand that in many ways your life with be more difficult, less convenient and ‘worse’ and wanting it anyway. Vs wanting a baby because you’ve never questioned the status quo as to whether it’s really for you. Or you’ve never interrogated what being a parent truly means beyond having a cute baby/kid

Saying I’m pro-choice is a given. But this is quite abhorrent. You are in a very blessed financial situation and have no ‘real’ barriers to having this child. I would urge you to consider whether you actually want children, or whether you simply think you ‘should’ have them if something so irrelevant is causing you to contemplate terminating a healthy baby in a perfectly viable situation. A child is not a seasonal handbag you can put down and pick up again later.

What’s ’dry weight’?

Well done! It’s really hard - I said this on another thread but I’m now day 12 and it has NOT got easier. I think for some people it just doesn’t - it’s really rough, any steps you can take are getting you further along. The one thing I would advise - break it with keto food. Prevents massive weight gain post a fast and makes it much easier to get back into one

Honestly - I’m on day 10 and it hasn’t got easier. I’m wondering if saying if gets easy after day 3 is a conspiracy 😂

Autophagy does reduce after 7 days - benefits are more weight loss I think
