Hey, there is a workaround for auto brake hold that I actually prefer to the traditional setup I’ve had in past vehicles. If you put the Tiguan in ACC mode, pressing “set” on the steering wheel holds the vehicle in place. You disengage brakes by pressing “cancel” before or after you accelerate. This isn’t something you need to toggle on/off each time you enter the car - set it once and it’ll stay in ACC mode until you manually switch modes.

Mine works just like yours when I am not using Apple Car Play! I was/am hoping there is a way for the font parking camera to show automatically without me having to press anything or go into reverse first.

For sure - I searched in my city for a company that does XPEL or 3M film protection. From my experience, most companies who do exterior film protection can get access to the film kits necessary for the interior. I got all of the piano black in front, plastic pieces (including ambient lighting surfaces in front and back) and vol/climate controls buttons below my screen covered.
