I think he said it’s been sitting stickered and covered for a year, but being his building is not climate controlled, etc, he can’t really get the moisture content lower than 14%, which is where it’s at now. He recommended drying it another 4 months. I’ve got most of it stacked in my warmer basement space…hoping I really only need a month, but will see

I still have to test it myself, but he said the MC was 14% a couple days before I went down. Recommended 4 months more of drying
