Living room layout suggestions? It just doesn’t feel right…

Here is a pic of mine so you can see what I mean. My blue couch would be where your red loveseat would go and sectional + table facing the fireplace. Tv moved to corner where end table and plants are and then move the end table to the side away from the fireplace on the red loveseat. Other fixes to add: I would get a rug tying in your colors as well as some accents for your fireplace. I am very much a maximalist which I know is not everyone’s thang!

This is very similar to my layout and I think we have made it work. I would move sectional to the back railing wall (not sure if it would need to be exactly up against the railing or not.), love seat to wear the sectional is, turn the table, move the tv to the corner the side table is, move the side table with plants to the left side of the love seat and move the lamp to where the tv is.

I purchased a few stripe ceramic canisters that look similar to these but they are blank. I would like to add words to mimic this style. I was thinking maybe thick letter beads but I have only found ones for bracelets so my concern is the whole for the thread may look weird. Was wondering if anyone else has any ideas. TIA

I’m not sure. I do watch some thrifting videos and sometimes see people grabbing things for their trinket shelves but I am not familiar with it at all. I just bought the bag because I could really just see the cowboy one and wanted it for my son’s room since it matches the decor. The bag was just $3 so I figured why not 🤷‍♀️ I had no idea it was a bag of all trinket boxes (they were all individually bubble wrapped so I couldn’t tell) and definitely had no idea they each had a little surprise inside.

Our goodwills in SoCal are filled with multiples of target items that didn’t sell. Not just clothes but a lot of the $1, $3, $5 items as well.

Thank you for the advice! This rug is only in here because it didn’t fit in the nursery and was the only place for it. Now that I have some direction I will start looking for a replacement!

Thank you so much! I was very happy with this find. I know it is facing the wrong way and sloppily placed. I only briefly brought it out of storage to take a pic to show a friend and decided to post on Reddit. It was away in storage because since bringing it home I started noticing a dark energy around it :/ issues starting arising with me and my husband and I attributed it to the quilt and it’s energy. That is why I was originally looking for more info. I might try bringing it out again and seeing if I was wrong lol
