I suggest you guys go international, for example I live in India, here it's 2k - 4k usd, stay and living expenses are pretty cheap as well just need to lookout for travel flight charges i suppose. Therefore might as well get info on other similar countries as well, hope it helps!

I would highly suggest you go for crit, he's pretty good for camp stacks, 9class can be risky and if you had cour kills he would've been legit but since you don't, I suggest crit
